Sodium Cocosulphate (needles)

INCI: Sodium Coco-Sulfate

Sodium cocosulphate is an alternative to sodium lauryl sulphate. Naturally derived from vegetable oil, this anionic surfactant has been developed to be mild and gentle and is an ideal replacement for betaines and alkanolamides.  It is a good choice for skin and hair cleansing products where a creamy lather is required.  It has been designed to leave the skin cleansed and conditioned.  A most suitable choice for natural-type product formulation.

Particularly useful in:

Foaming bath products (including dry presentation, such as bath tea/bombs)
Shampoo
Skin cleansing products
Shaving cream
Toothpaste

Usage:  2%-15% dispersed in water phase.  Heat is required to fully dissolve.

Presented in water-soluble dry, fine white needles.
