Rosemary has a very strong, herbal aroma that is fresh & camphor/minty with woody undertones. There are also sweet, floral hints. The students companion! Thought to give clarity of thought and improve memory. In the Middle Ages, it was thought to ward off evil spirits and has been used as a medicinal herb if medicine and magic. It is also used extensively in cooking.
