These melt and pour soap bases from Stephensons are very easy to work with.  Simply weigh out what you need by melting in either a double boiler or in 30 second bursts in the microwave, add fragrance, add colour and pour into your mould.  Leave to set and it’s ready to use.

However, for the more adventurous & advanced, melt and pour soap bases can be the foundations, upon which, some of the most visually stunning and incredibly creative works of art are built.  With practice, a few extra ingredinets and a creative mind, the possibilities are endless.  There are many examples on the internet and numerous tutorials available to get those creative juices flowing.
